in Project Monitoring & Evaluation
(M&E)
The objectives of project Monitoring
and Evaluation (M&E) are to: enhance organizational and
development learning; ensure informed decision-making; support
substantive organizational accountability and
repositioning. Within a confident environment, the M&E unit
conducts on
behalf of stakeholders pertinent
project monitoring and policy analysis to measure and
assess project or policy
performance to help decision-makers more effectively manage the
outcomes
with such factors including outputs, partnerships, policy advice and
dialogue and advocacy.
At
Africa Consulting Group -
ACG, we also encourage
participatory evaluation by
working in collaboration
with initial project stakeholders, as the latter are to implement
change when needed. We reinforce the best
practices, identify weaknesses and make concrete suggestions
for their corrections. Overall,
we provide an independent view of
progress made on the projects.
